Before make a blog, make sure that you already have an email address. And then you can follow this steps :

1. Visit ‘www.wordpress.com’

2. Then click buton ‘Sign Up’ to register your email address and personal information

3. Follow the instruction step by step like Fill the colomns User Name, Password, Email Address for your security

4. Then wait for a several time (WordPress will send a email reply to your inbox mail). If process is success you will received a notification email that filled a link address to wordpress

5. Click that address to active your blog in wordpress

6. Login your user name and password

7. Congratulations! you have a blog now
